The project

LabTech is an investment company combining property ownership, property technology and real estate management.
The B2B copywriting brief entailed bringing two disparate websites covering multiple strategic business units together into a new holistic umbrella.
LabTech owns and operates 20 acres of prime central London property in Camden and the West End.
The audience includes real estate investors, asset managers, B2B and B2C businesses. And the millions of retail customers who flock to Camden and the West End each year.
Writing for multiple audiences is always challenging. But I brought the theme together under a new headline narrative:
‘LabTech provides people with new ways to work, stay, shop and play.’
From here, I developed the tagline ‘Live. Work. Shop. Eat.’
I connected the dots with an engaging story that flowed across every operation area with the headline narrative in place.
The result is a vital communication hub for multiple audiences in a single online destination.
